Build foundational systems for time tracking, leave management, and compliance.
Finalize and roll out updated core policies and an employee handbook that reflect our growth stage, distributed setup, and compliance needs.
Run point on performance review cycles, compensation & equity reviews, and other people programs.
Support benefits administration, total rewards benchmarking, and policy refresh cycles.
Within 6 months, you will:
Develop a roadmap for the future state of People systems and policies to support global scale, including contingent workforce support.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Legal) to ensure systems work across the business.
