As People Experience Apprentice at Didask, you’ll be a versatile contributor supporting various aspects of our business operations as we grow from 65 to 100+ employees. Your mission: handle diverse operational tasks across people, admin, and business functions while discovering the EdTech industry and how scale-ups operate.
This role offers broad exposure across our organization with real ownership and learning opportunities :
People & Culture
Support recruitment activities: job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication
Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes: equipment setup, tool access, schedule planning
Organize team events (seminars, social gatherings, retreats) managing logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships
Assist with compensation management and performance review coordination
Business Operations
Handle various administrative tasks across Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams
Manage daily operational needs (payroll coordination, insurance, meal vouchers, travel coordination)
Produce documentation (contracts, amendments, certificates, process guides) ensuring accuracy and compliance
Track and manage employee equipment and tool access
Workplace & Services
Coordinate external service providers (cleaning, garden maintenance, landlords) and maintain a pleasant work environment
Address day-to-day operational questions and requests from team members
Ensure good working conditions for our remote-first team
Project Support
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives as we scale the organization
Support projects related to our learning platform and pedagogical mission
Assist with compliance and certification processes (ISO 27001, Qualiopi)
Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects across different departments
