Our colleagues are currently working in Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Korea, USA, Canada, France, Abu Dhabi, and more!

Join our People & Culture team at Slasify as a People & Culture Specialist! We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to support our People & Culture Manager in various administrative tasks and employee engagement initiatives. You will play a crucial part in creating a positive work environment and ensuring smooth operations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist the People & Culture Manager in administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, and handling HR-related matters
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications
  • Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including preparing necessary documentation and facilitating introductions to team members
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in the implementation of policies and procedures
  • Provide support in P&C projects, including research and preparation of materials

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a human resources or administrative role
  • Positive and proactive mindset, with a willingness to take on challenges and support the team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using online collaboration tools and comfort with technology platforms
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in a multicultural environment
  • Fluency in English
