About the Role

As our Senior Specialist of User Acquisition you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Airalo’s performance marketing initiatives. You will own paid media execution across Search, Social, Video and Display.
We are looking for someone with proven ability to deliver business results in the Google Ads platform space and has a track

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and executing mobile app and web acquisition campaigns across various  marketing channels (Google Ads, META, among others)
  • Own measurement and reporting for acquisition campaigns, identifying insights to optimize performance
  • Work closely with the data team and regional directors to understand impact and incrementality
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, especially in travel, and best practices in mobile app acquisition
  • Supporting the team in producing testing frameworks for creative assets and optimization
  • Contributing to new and creative growth strategies for customer acquisition
  • ,

    Must Haves:

  • 4+ years of experience managing user acquisition campaigns in performance-driven, competitive verticals
  • Advanced in Google Ads (Search, App Campaigns, Performance Max, etc.) and META
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities - comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations for optimization
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to synthesise their own and other’s thoughts into crisp and effective communications
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, able to take risks and put forth new ideas
  • Prior experience in the tech, travel, or telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Experience navigating mobile measurement platforms such as Adjust, Appsflyer or others is a plus
