About the Role

The Sr. Manager, PMO is responsible for establishing, leading, and scaling PMO within the Professional Services organization at Clutch. This role ensures consistent, high-quality delivery of customer implementations by driving project governance, delivery excellence, resource optimization, and continuous improvement across all services engagements.

The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who can design and execute repeatable delivery frameworks while also partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to support growth, margin, and customer outcomes.

About the Team

Our Professional Services team is a fast-paced team who implements the Clutch platform for our Credit Union customers. We gather requirements, build out the platform to their specifications, work with them to test and ensure it works as intended, and then set them live so they can realize value. We’re a team with a bias for Customer Success - our top metric isn’t setting customers live (though we do plenty of that), it’s ensuring their success through renewal and expansion.

What You’ll Do

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Serve as the owner of delivery governance, risk management, and escalation processes in Professional Services

  • Ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery of customer implementations and services projects

  • Drive consistency and quality across complex, multi-workstream SaaS implementations

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Partner with Services leadership to forecast demand, optimize resource utilization, and support hiring and staffing strategies

  • Own capacity planning, skills alignment, and utilization reporting for project managers and delivery teams

  • Define and track key PMO and services KPIs (e.g., margin, utilization, delivery predictability, customer satisfaction)

  • Deliver clear, executive-level reporting on portfolio performance and trends

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in Software Delivery (SaaS Professional Services, PMO), with 2+ years in PMO leadership roles

  • Proven success scaling delivery operations in a high-growth environment

  • Strong understanding of SaaS implementation lifecycles, enterprise customers, and recurring revenue models

  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience supporting global or multi-region delivery teams

  • Familiarity with PSA tools (Rocketlane preferred), and SaaS analytics
