About the Role
We are seeking a Product Maturation Lead to lead our Digital Account Opening (DAO) product line and elevate how we scale solutions across the consumer banking suite. This role blends product leadership with cross-functional orchestration, ensuring we not only solve immediate customer issues but also build repeatable patterns that reduce complexity, accelerate implementation, and maximize long-term platform performance.
About the Team
You’ll be part of the broader Consumer Banking Product team, working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Implementation, Support, and Customer Success. Your role is the connective tissue across these groups, transforming reactive one-off requests into scalable patterns. You’ll also mentor PMs, helping them move from firefighting into pattern-driven product development that delivers sustained customer outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Within 3 months, you will:
Audit current tickets, implementations, and DAO funnels.
Publish the Top 10 Patterns and an initial decision rubric for one-offs.
Begin coaching PMs on pattern-driven development and cataloging “golden paths.”
Within 6 months, you will:
Launch the Golden Config Library and sandbox harness.
Define the DAO Health Score (conversion, funding, abandonment, NIGO, activation) and set alerts.
Pilot the Maturation Review with 2–3 institutions alongside Customer Success.
Establish a Product Patterns Catalog with reusable templates and frameworks.
Within 9 months, you will:
Deliver at least two platform-level pattern releases (e.g., Tracking Records Framework, Eligibility Engine v1).
Achieve a >30% reduction in median implementation time.
Embed systemic processes for handling one-off client requests (triage taxonomy, decision rubric, intake loops).
Partner with CS to improve post-launch outcomes quarter-over-quarter.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
Proven ability to scale product lines from one-off solutions to reusable frameworks.
Strong cross-functional leadership, able to partner with Engineering, Design, Implementation, Support, and CS.
Track record of mentoring PMs and elevating product craft.
Comfort with complex technical domains (e.g., banking cores, integrations, rules engines).
Analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience building metrics frameworks and feedback loops.
Excellent communication skills, able to translate complexity into clarity for both internal teams and customers.
