- Deep curiosity about human psychology and what drives action
- Excellent writing, editing, and critical thinking
- Excited by the opportunity to sell, not just to write
- Clear, concise communicator who gets the message across
- Comfortable leading a small creative team (writers, designers, devs)
- Willing to take full responsibility—when things go right and when they don’t
- Experience with WordPress and content-driven growth
- Experience managing partnerships or affiliates
- Exposure to SEO and/or paid campaigns
- Comfort working with remote, async teams
- Lead our content and partnership strategy end to end
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and developers to launch and test growth ideas
- Talk to clients to understand real needs—and turn those into marketing that resonates
- Work fast, learn fast, and adjust based on results
- Make tradeoffs between speed, budget, and quality—and be transparent about them
