What You'll Do
Own and evolve our core messaging, working closely with Product and Sales to position Zingtree as the leader in Agentic AI for CXBuild and manage a high-performance marketing team across demand gen, content, product marketing, and communityDesign and execute campaigns that leverage customer-trained GPTs, interactive tools, and AI-native experiences to engage prospects and accelerate salesPartner with Sales on ABM and lifecycle programs targeting enterprise buyers in high-complexity industries (healthcare, finance, telco)Oversee all top-of-funnel channels, including SEO/SEM, paid, events, and webinars (and measure what works)Create compelling content—from case studies and thought leadership to GPT-powered demos—that speaks to business value and technical depthOwn marketing KPIs: pipeline, CAC, conversion, brand awarenessWho You Are
7+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role at a B2B SaaS or AI-focused companyStrong grasp of generative AI technologies, particularly GPTs, LLMs, and their applications in customer-facing use casesA portfolio of GTM campaigns and content that blend storytelling with data, outcomes, and innovationProven ability to drive both brand and performance marketing at the enterprise levelExperience partnering with Sales, Product, and CS to align marketing with revenue goalsClear communicator who can simplify the complex and inspire both customers and internal teams
