As a Delivery Manager, you are responsible for managing a software development team to deliver top-quality digital solutions. You will play a critical role in leading agile ceremonies and ensuring the team operates efficiently, resolving issues and driving productivity.

Your team management responsibilities include managing careers and performance, serving as a role model, breaking down barriers, and resolving priority conflicts and cross-team dependencies. You play a critical role in building high-performance teams where everyone is motivated and passionate about their work.

In terms of business and strategy, you will act as the liaison between the team and the client, ensuring that technology is utilized in the most effective and efficient manner to achieve product strategy, scope, time, budget, quality, and other objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as delivery manager.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience as a software developer or system architect (mandatory).
  • Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams in delivering software projects.
  • Experience in defining, documenting, and coordinating requirements.
  • Experience in managing scope, priorities, change management, and estimations (mandatory).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage, communicate, negotiate, and work towards compromise during the product lifecycle.
  • In-depth knowledge of scrum and agile software development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Excellent communication, management, and cultural awareness skills.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
