The team and domain
You'll lead a team working at the intersection of security, big data, and AI:
- Python-based data pipelines processing large volumes of potentially malicious files;
- workflow orchestration and distributed processing;
- LLM integration for automated analysis;
- Linux infrastructure.
You don't need to be the deepest expert — but you should be comfortable understanding technical discussions and making informed tradeoffs.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of Python programming experience;
- ability to write efficient code, with a solid understanding of concurrency (asyncio) and multiprocessing;
- proficiency with the GNU/Linux operating system and shell scripting;
- experience with Git-based development processes and vibe coding;
- familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD systems;
- at least an intermediate level of English proficiency.
It would be great if you also have:
- experience with Airflow;
- experience with ClickHouse, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL;
- experience with S3, Ceph.
What you'll do in the first months:
- Build relationships: Meet the team, understand working styles, learn the domain;
- Own delivery: Take over sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives;
- Shape the roadmap: Work with stakeholders to align priorities with capacity;
