What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for strategic enterprise accountsBuild and execute account plans targeting Director- and VP-level CX, Ops, and IT leadersUncover complex customer challenges and map them to Zingtree’s AI-powered solutionsCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Solutions teamsForecast pipeline and performance accurately using HubSpot (or equivalent CRM)Represent Zingtree at industry events, webinars, and executive briefingsWho You Are
5+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally selling SaaS to enterpriseProven ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholdersStrong understanding of the CX tech stack (e.g. CRMs, CCaaS, chatbots, WFM tools)Familiarity with AI in support automation, agent assist, or decision intelligenceExceptional communication, storytelling, and negotiation skillsA proactive, curious mindset and a bias for action
