About the Role
We’re seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead our Identity, Authentication & Authorization (AuthN/AuthZ) efforts across the Clutch Platform. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for secure identity, access management, and permissions systems that protect customer data, mitigate fraud, and deliver seamless experiences to both internal and external users.
The Auth PM will be responsible for aligning the execution of Platform features related to Identity, Authentication, and Authorization, and uncovering opportunities to bring customer value in the process. The PM will collaborate with the Platform GPM to continually revise and adjust the Identity & Platform strategy based on current progress, industry trends, and customer needs.

What You’ll Do
Within 3 months, you will:
Rapidly ramp up on Clutch products, customers, and industry
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements gathering, technical collaboration, roadmap prioritization, and delivery
Partner closely with engineering to define scalable APIs and platform components
Launch frequently to meet customer requests, go-live dates, and platform stability goals
Within 6 months, you will:
Define and evolve the product strategy for core identity, authentication, authorization, and access control systems
Develop future Identity & Auth roadmap based on customer and internal team research
Launch large Platform features that drive impact and scale across all Clutch products
Within 9 months, you will:
Serve as the subject matter expert for all things identity and access management
Identify new opportunities for Clutch Platform, including technical or functional areas not yet developed
What You’ll Bring
5+ years in product management, preferably with platform or infrastructure teams
Deep understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML), authorization patterns (RBAC, ABAC), and IAM tools
Basic understanding of modern fraud technologies and methodologies
Experience in fintech or other highly-regulated industries
Proven ability to work across highly cross-functional teams and ship secure, reliable infrastructure products
Background in software engineering or information security
Familiarity with modern developer ecosystems and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Cognito, Auth0, Okta, Keycloak)
Knowledge of security and privacy frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, etc)
