Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through our funnel entry points, inbound lead follow-up and networkingConduct product presentations, demos and technical overviews tailored to client needsUnderstand and communicate the value of our software solutions clearly and effectivelyBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise, public sector and SMB clientsManage the entire sales lifecycle - from initial contact to closing - while maintaining accurate records in the CRMCollaborate with marketing and product teams to align on messaging, campaigns and customer feedbackNegotiate pricing and terms to close deals that meet both client needs and company goalsAchieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsRequirements
Proven experience in B2B software sales, ideally in SaaS or enterprise softwareStrong communication, presentation and negotiation skillsSelf-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilitiesComfortable working remotely and managing sales opportunities across various time zonesFamiliarity with CRM systems and sales productivity toolsA passion for open source and digital sovereignty is a plusBased in EuropeEnglish is a mustNice to Have
Experience selling to government or public sector organizationsMultilingual capabilitiesTechnical background or understanding of software development and cloud technologiesWhat We Offer
