YOUR MISSION 🚀

🎯 Your mission is to ensure that Paradox OS is delivered, communicated, and experienced at a premium level - while continuously improving customer satisfaction.

This role replaces a traditional “Customer Success” or “Product Ops” mindset.

You are not customer support.
You are not a PM.

You are the owner of product delivery, customer communications, and real user signals.

Important note:
The scope is intentionally broad.

You will not do everything at once.
You will sequence, systemize, automate, and eliminate.

🎯 YOUR 4 MAIN MISSIONS

  1. Product Delivery & Customer Communication (Baseline)

  • Own end-to-end delivery of all customer-facing assets:

    • Courses, videos, lives, events, community access

  • Ensure everything is:

    • On time

    • Clear

    • Coherent

    • Premium

  • Own customer-facing communication and Paradox OS Community

  • Act as the final quality gate before anything reaches users

Outcome:
No delivery chaos. Clear communication.

  1. Product-led Growth

  • Collect and structure user feedback from: Community / Calls / Surveys

  • Segment insights by: Cohort / User Profile / Maturity level

  • Translate raw feedback into clear insights & actionable recommendations

  • Share insights with: Product & Tech / Learning & Content / Growth teams

  • Close the loop: Feedback → A/B test → measurement

Outcome:
Product decisions grounded in reality, not assumptions.

  1. Product Operations & Autonomous Execution

  • Independently ship improvements, such as:

    • Onboarding flows

    • Communication sequences

    • Calendars, rhythms, formats

    • FAQs, help content, challenges, rituals

  • Coordinate editors, tech, and learning teams when needed

  • Propose high-impact initiatives with clear rationale when validation is required

Outcome:
Continuous improvement without waiting for permission.

  1. Reporting & Autonomy

  • Reports directly to the Chief of Staff

  • High autonomy on execution

  • Clear escalation path for high-impact or structural changes

  • Trusted to act, not just report

SUCCESS METRICS

Lead indicators

  • % of assets delivered on time

  • Participation rate in lives / challenges

  • Survey response rate
    Volume and quality of structured feedback

  • Number of customer calls conducted

Lag indicators

  • Renewal rate ↑

  • NPS & qualitative sentiment ↑

  • Weekly Active Learners (indirect contribution)

  • Early retention signals

  • Volume of testimonials generated
