About the Role:
What You Will Do:
Design & Deliver Global Partner Enablement Programs – Build onboarding, training, and sales enablement tailored to partner type and maturity.
Drive Partner Sales Productivity – Create content and playbooks that enable partners to sell and deliver effectively across solution areas.
Measure & Optimise Impact – Track adoption, certifications, pipeline contribution, and performance metrics to refine programs.
Manage Multiple Initiatives – Plan, prioritise, and execute enablement projects across regions and partner segments.
Communicate & Facilitate Effectively – Present with confidence to partners, simplify complex solutions, and engage stakeholders from sales reps to executives.
Align Strategically – Ensure all enablement aligns to GTM priorities, partner business objectives, and measurable outcomes.
What You Will Bring to the Role:
Must Haves:
Proven 3-5 years of experience in partner enablement, channel programs, or partner marketing.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems (RSIs, GSIs, Hyperscalers, Tech Alliances).
Experience with sales and solution enablement frameworks (e.g. MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN).
Exceptional program and project management skills, with the ability to scale globally.
Excellent presentation, storytelling, and facilitation capabilities.
Strong analytical mindset – comfortable using data to assess performance and guide decisions.
Collaborative and adaptable, with a partner-first and outcome-driven mindset.
Nice to Haves:
Experience building enablement for new or emerging partner ecosystems.
Knowledge of learning design principles or certification program development.
Familiarity with partner incentive models or co-selling strategies.
Exposure to marketing automation or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).\
Ability to create multimedia content (videos, playbooks, interactive guides) for partner learning.
Understanding of regional go-to-market differences and localization best practices.

Compensation
We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.
The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:
United States: $109,500.00 to $176,500.00
Germany: €70,700.00 to €117,000.00
United Kingdom: £68,800.00 to £113,100.00
Singapore: S$136,000.00 to S$203,900.00
If you’re based elsewhere, you’ll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview.
