About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Website Tech Lead to drive the technical development and evolution of our marketing website. Success in this role will be defined by how quickly you adapt to our current tech stack, maintain system stability and resilience, improve developer experience, and ensure our website is built in a modern, future-proof way that accelerates time-to-market for new features and changes.
This role combines technical leadership, Contentful CMS expertise, and collaboration across design, QA, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical development of the marketing website, ensuring a high-performing, scalable, and resilient platform.
Establish and maintain best practices for Nuxt 3, Contentful, and enterprise CMS usage, with a strong focus on developer experience.
Design and implement a robust technical architecture, managing integrations with marketing automation tools, analytics, and other third-party services.
Drive continuous improvement in website performance, SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to website operations.
Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring efficient workflow and project delivery.
Partner with leadership during US hours for strategic planning, roadmap development, and alignment with broader company objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business needs.
Provide US hours redundancy for critical support, troubleshooting, and proactive monitoring of the marketing website.
Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in web development, with at least 2+ years in a technical lead or senior role.
Strong experience with Nuxt 3, Contentful, and enterprise CMS platforms.
DevOps experience with a CMS focus (deployment, monitoring, CI/CD for content-driven sites).
Proven ability to create and maintain a mature web development environment that balances innovation with stability.
Strong understanding of modern web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks such as Vue.js and Nuxt).
Experience with API integrations and working with third-party services.
Ability to contribute to strategic planning and collaborate effectively with leadership.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on resilient system design.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams, fostering growth and ensuring high performance.
Willingness and ability to work collaboratively with teams during US business hours.
A personal computer with stable internet capable of efficiently running these development tools and applications.
