Metabase’s BizOps & Finance team is looking to add a quantitatively strong, systems-minded generalist to support our ongoing financial workflows. This role will require wearing many hats: helping analyze and maintain clean financial data, overseeing our externally sourced bookkeepers, driving audit and tax initiatives, and building scalable systems to automate and streamline our financial workflows. We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills and an operational mindset — whether or not you come from a traditional finance background.
The role offers significant exposure to the financial management of a rapidly growing company and the opportunity to contribute to the scaling of our financial functions. We are a small team, so you should be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in wherever needed.
