💻 Your responsibilities will include
- Answer customer questions via live chat, email, and phone support.
- Proactively look at how to improve the customer experience.
🧪 We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
- Has the ability to work independently and be a problem-solver.
- Is comfortable working on weekends (usual shifts are between 6 and 8 hours long) and available for up to 25 hours a week.
- Extra shine if you have experience with insurance, customer service, or healthcare.
- Is comfortable working within the Asia-Pacific time zones (the working hours generally fall between UTC+7 to UTC+10).
- Want to help build a global social safety net on the Internet.
- Think for themselves instead of copying others.
- Are willing to try new things, even with the risk of failure.
- Are intellectually curious and open to new ideas.
- Are creative and bold in the face of any problems.
