We’re hiring a communications associate to support ongoing campaigns across Discord, Telegram, and X. This role focuses on day-to-day community engagement, event support, and helping execute grassroots programs.
You’ll collaborate with the marketing and ecosystem teams to keep the community informed, active, and aligned with Zircuit’s broader goals.
Responsibilities
Work with Discord and Telegram moderators, keep conversation active, and support community health.
Organize weekly or biweekly online activations (raffles, AMAs, leaderboard updates).
Support Twitter Spaces scheduling, prep, and hosting.
Coordinate logistics for rewards, swag, and user recognition for community campaigns.
Track engagement metrics and flag trends or issues to the core team.
Requirements
Experience managing online communities, ideally in Web3.
Comfortable speaking on a mic or hosting live sessions.
Familiar with Discord tools (bots, roles, event scheduling) and Telegram workflows.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Interest in crypto culture and ability to keep up with fast-moving conversations.
