As the B2B Content Lead at SafetyWing, you'll be the content engine behind Remote Health, SafetyWing's global health insurance built for globally distributed teams. We’re looking for a hands-on content operator who can independently create high-quality content, decide what’s worth making, and ensure that content drives real business outcomes. SafetyWing cares deeply about authenticity, so while content should be designed for performance and ROI, it must also feel human and on brand. Our buyers are HR leaders, People Ops professionals, and founders managing distributed workforces - and with the recent launch of our US product, this role plays a critical part in accelerating growth.
You will be responsible for building and running our content flywheel - from thought leadership and product-led content to distribution, inbound acquisition, and sales enablement. You’ll work closely with our Head of Lead Generation and revenue teams to ensure content drives inbound traffic, generates qualified leads, equips openers to start strong conversations, and supports closers in advancing deals through the pipeline.
This role is ideal for someone who has already done this before - someone who produces excellent content themselves, understands distribution and repurposing as leverage, and does not need heavy direction to operate at a high level.
💻 Your responsibilities will include:
- Independently creating high-quality B2B content (written, video, or mixed formats) that reflects SafetyWing’s voice and editorial bar
- Owning the content flywheel end to end: ideation, creation, distribution, iteration, and pruning what doesn’t work
- Partnering closely with the Head of Lead Generation to create content that drives inbound traffic, qualified leads, and pipeline impact
- Identifying which content should be ungated vs. gated, and designing gated assets that convert
- Creating content that helps our opener team start better conversations and gives our closing team credibility and momentum later in the funnel
- Writing and shaping LinkedIn content that consistently drives engagement, reach, and inbound interest
- Designing distribution and repurposing strategies so each core piece of content is adapted across multiple channels (blog, LinkedIn, email, video, sales enablement)
- Leading SafetyWing’s approach to SEO and AI/LLM optimization by creating content that is authoritative, quotable, and structurally clear
- Actively testing and refining how SafetyWing appears in search engines and AI-generated answers
- Establishing direction and quality by example, not by delegation
- Deciding what not to make and focusing effort on content that compounds over time
