About the Role
Our Growth Account Executives are full-cycle sales leaders who drive expansion within our growing network of credit union partners. You’ll own a book of business, uncover opportunities, conduct discovery calls, demo products, and close new deals across our portfolio — including our new AI collections platform, Emma, and other digital growth solutions. You’ll work with existing and prospective credit union clients to deeply understand their operational needs, identify product fit, and help them modernize their member experience. Success in this role means building strong relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and driving meaningful adoption across WithClutch’s suite of products.
About the Team
This is the first time we’re hiring for this type of role, and you’ll be joining our already successful sales team that’s driving measurable growth across the credit union ecosystem. The team combines deep industry expertise with a modern, consultative sales approach to help credit unions modernize their member experience. We collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Implementation to move quickly from insight to action — always focused on building long-term partnerships and expanding adoption across our suite of digital banking solutions.
What You’ll Do
Within 3 months, you will:
Master Clutch’s value proposition, platform capabilities, and sales playbook.
Build and begin to manage your own pipeline of qualified prospects.
Lead discovery calls and product demos with early-stage opportunities.
Partner with senior team members to shadow complex sales cycles.
Within 6 months, you will:
Close your first deal with manager support
Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers across 15–20 credit unions.
Represent Clutch at key industry events and thought leadership opportunities.
Provide feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to refine messaging and product positioning.
Within 9 months, you will:
Independently manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
Consistently hit activity targets and early-stage revenue goals.
Be recognized as a trusted advisor to credit union executives and internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: 4+ years in full-cycle B2B SaaS or fintech sales, ideally selling into financial institutions or complex enterprise accounts.
Track Record: Demonstrated success closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
Expertise: Deep understanding of solution selling, value-based sales, and discovery-led engagement.
Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial and adaptable — you thrive in an evolving environment and enjoy “building the plane while flying it.”
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
Bonus: Experience with credit unions, community banks, or products in lending, collections, or digital banking.
