We make it possible for creators, coaches, educators, and businesses to bring together their audience with engaging discussions, live streams, events, chat, courses, and payments — all in one place, all under their own brand.
We’re proud to be a fully remote company of around 200 (and growing!) team members from 30+ countries around the world. Sales at Circle
Circle is unlike any other software company in the world. We've scaled to $50M+ ARR while achieving profitability—a feat driven in part by our sales team's ability to move upmarket and close increasingly larger deals sizes, while our world class product led growth function captures the rest.
We're on a clear path from $50M to $250M ARR, over the next few years and our sales team’s ability to sell our highest tier plans to our core customer and new customers types is a big piece of the puzzle.

Where we work
Circle is a 100% remote, distributed company. This team is fully distributed. You'll need to be a self-starter who delivers high-quality work with speed, then enjoys your personal life. We gather twice yearly for company offsites to build connection and align on our vision.

The impact you will have
Drive Revenue Growth
- Close $20K-$100K ACV new business deals by managing prospects from trial through contract signature.
- Execute expansion opportunities by managing a book of existing customers after you’ve sold previously.
Execute Consultative Sales
- Run discovery conversations that uncover customer needs, challenges, and success criteria
- Deliver customized demos that showcase Circle's value proposition for diverse use cases across creators, brands, and enterprises
- Navigate complex buying processes, engaging multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Build compelling business cases and ROI models for executive stakeholders
- Develop mutual evaluation plans and success criteria with prospects
Continuously Learn and Improve
- Stay current on product releases and understand how customers leverage new features (it's changing daily)
- Educate yourself by reading, listening to podcasts, and learning from teammates
- Go above and beyond your quota to help your teammates and the company succeed

What we're looking for
Required Experience & Skills
- 3-5+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales with $30K-$50K ACV deals
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and ranking as a top performer
- Consultative selling expertise with ability to conduct deep discovery and build value-based business cases
- Proficiency in English at CEFR C2 / ILR Level 5 (spoken, written, reading)
- Strong alignment with Circle's values

$150,000 - $190,000 USD OTE (depending on experience)
This role includes variable compensation at 50% base, 50% variable.
The cash compensation range shown is a starting point. In addition to equity, benefits and perks, your cash compensation is subject to an annual review and increase on a once per year basis.
