To do this, we have an engineering headquarters in Cambridge, MA for focused technical development and several times per year we gather for an off-site that allows us to develop our professional skills and our team relationships.

As a Skillbridge Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and monitoring of cost, schedule, performance and risk of complex programs and projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams by demonstrating outstanding communication skills, firm grasp of processes, expectations management, data-driven decisions, proactivity, and task prioritization that focuses on solutions. Your responsibilities will include coordination of internal and external resources, to help ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project and product staff from various functional departments. Opportunity for full time employment is available following the internship based on demonstrated performance.
