- Focus on Engineering hiring, but also support the entire organisations hiring goals
- Strong experience with full-cycle recruitment in a tech or high scaling start-up
- Confident handling large volumes of applications and implementing strategies to filter
- Influencing change to impact candidate experience, time to hire, teams’ diversity and other key metrics
- Enjoy a fast pace and supporting quickly scaling teams, able to ramp up fast
- Ideally experienced with Greenhouse ATS or other similar tools
- Comfortable with a fixed term position
