Job Description

HappyCo is a company where people can grow their careers and work with like minded people, with no egos or politics. HappyCo is values driven and offers a flexible, supportive culture. Join HappyCo and Make Work Happy!

We’re looking for a Senior Front End Engineer to join our team.

The Position
As a Senior Front End Engineer you will be a key contributor to the development of experiences that meet our customers needs. You will apply your expertise to design, develop, test, and maintain responsive and performant user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks, especially React. At HappyCo we empower our teams to solve problems in ways our customers and partners love and that work for our business. Working alongside Product Managers, Designers and Engineers you will help advance us along our technology roadmap, leveraging your experience to ensure the user experience is optimised to deliver a performant, scalable and best in class experience to our customers.

You will bring your experience translating product requirements and UI/UX designs into clean, efficient code, ensuring you identify potential problems and risks in both the code and feature design and communicate these with your peers. You will be able to take moderately complex products and features and break down work into tasks and deliver them in collaboration with your team, ensuring that value can be delivered to customers early. As an AI-powered company, we equip you with the latest tools and services to amplify your impact every day. We provide our engineers with the opportunity to work across our technical stack (React, Ruby, GraphQL, Golang) but front end experience will be essential to be successful in this role.
