About the role
This role will serve as both the Scrum Master for product and website engineering teams and as the primary project manager for non-technical initiatives across the organization. You’ll facilitate fast, focused delivery in agile environments and drive alignment and execution in more traditional operational tracks. You'll work daily in ClickUp and Slack to keep plans on track, blockers unblocked, and everyone moving forward.
Responsibilities
Run daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for website and product teams
Own backlog grooming and sprint tracking in ClickUp
Monitor sprint velocity and timelines, and identify and resolve blockers in real time
Serve as the liaison between product, engineering, and design to ensure clarity and cohesion
Foster continuous improvement by refining agile processes and team rituals
Help coordinate high-priority projects for marketing, clinical ops, customer experience, and operations
Work with department leads to scope projects, set timelines, assign responsibilities, and define success metrics
Ensure visibility and accountability across all project stakeholders using ClickUp for planning and Slack for coordination
Flag risks early, recommend tradeoffs, and drive consistent follow-through across teams
Support the leadership team with visibility into team capacity, dependencies, and delivery timelines
Champion a culture of clarity, accountability, and high-quality execution
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Program Manager
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Track record of managing both technical and non-technical projects in fast-paced settings
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Deep familiarity with ClickUp and Slack as daily operating tools
