The Opportunity
You will be an early member of a rapidly growing product team, with ownership over more than a roadmap. This role will likely be player/coach, split between individual contributorship and helping hire and mentor a growing product and engineering organization. Working closely with Engineering, Science, and Marketing teams, you will own the roadmap for new product offerings. You’ll speak frequently with customers at all stages of their sustainability journeys to shape solutions that address their immediate environmental needs while anticipating broader functionalities in this rapidly evolving market. As an early member of the team, you will play a transformational role in our company culture while spearheading the product roadmap Gravity follows for years to come.
This role is for Senior Product Managers and up, with no cap on seniority.
Qualifications & Skills

Historical B2B product experience.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Technical aptitude to enable collaboration with engineering.

Revenue-oriented experience and ability to work alongside sales to understand and sell into customers' operational leaders' needs.

Autonomy; comfort working in semi-structured environments.

Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to the overall development of a rapidly scaling company.
Nice to Have

Historical experience mentoring and growing a product team.

Comfort managing API product development.

Experience working in sustainability or ESG.

Knowledge of industrial customers' systems, emissions profiles, and/or business needs.
