Role:In your role as a Product Designer (UI/UX), your primary focus will be on crafting user interfaces and experiences that are not only user-friendly but also robust, ensuring a seamless interaction for our esteemed customers. Effective communication with project managers, product managers, engineers, and fellow designers will be crucial in ensuring a shared understanding of goals and requirements. Your ability to provide clarity of thought will be instrumental in producing well-organized user flows and design mockups. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of a real-world environment akin to Tony Stark's lab, where groundbreaking technologies were rapidly developed. By simplifying the utilization of AI for our engineering customers, you will help enhance the speed and safety of planes while improving fuel efficiency in cars.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with Product/Project Managers on a daily basis
- Implementing UI/UX that matches stakeholders requirements
- Establishing user interfaces and experiences of the highest qualities that are consistent and compliant with standards required in the industry
- Well documented designs and practices
- Producing reusable templates
- Using, maintaining, and improving the design system
- Creating Figma prototypes to demonstrate UX flows and design of interactions
- Making sure that the provided designs are user centered
- Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs are effective
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years product design experience
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Proven success working with cross-functional teams across all levels of an organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
