In this role, you'll be an integral part of our Extended Lifecycle team. With your expertise in Java tools and fresh approach, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by providing secure Java instrumentation for diverse Java-based environments.

- Your role will involve enhancing the security of Java and exploring its inner workings.
- You'll conduct research and run experiments to expedite the assembly of Java packages.
- Your work will result in a more secure Java environment, making development easier for others.
- You'll investigate vulnerabilities in Java and Java libraries, focusing on popular end-of-life versions.
- Your responsibilities will also include improving automation processes for dependency tree construction and project rebuilding.
Requirements:
To be successful you should have;
- Over 4 years of expertise in software development
- Extensive hands-on experience and deep understanding of Java core, Spring boot, Spring data JPA, and Spring security
- Proficient with both noSQL (neo4j) and PostgreSQL databases
- Highly advantageous to have previous experience working with Gitlab as CI/CD
- Knowledge of repository management systems like Nexus will also be considered a plus
