The Email & UX Designer will be responsible for designing integrated and user-friendly email experiences that enhance customer engagement and drive conversion through thoughtful application of UX principles.
Responsibilities
- Design compelling and responsive email templates that prioritize user experience, accessibility, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align email design with user journeys and marketing goals.

- Analyze email performance metrics to refine designs and optimize user interactions.
- Stay current with UX design trends and best practices to continuously enhance email effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in email design, UX design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with HTML and CSS for email development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret user data.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively.
