Our mission is to deliver exceptional assistance with top-notch product knowledge and communication skills, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
When customers have questions, you will be their first point of contact, providing support via live chat. You will assist them swiftly and expertly, relying on your logical thinking and in-depth platform knowledge.

Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Vietnam time), Monday to Friday.
