Surglogs is a health technology startup that broke through the US market. In less than two years, we have managed to digitize processes for hundreds of surgery centers and hospitals in 47 states in the US. Our platform streamlines the management of medical forms, drug consumption, and employees.

Hi, our future Product Manager?! I'm Jakub, Co-Founder, and CTO of Surglogs.
I believe that great Product Management is key to building a successful product.
That’s why your role will be crucial for the whole company.
You will report directly to me and have all the responsibility and freedom you need.
You will work with an autonomous product team and manage the product lifecycle from discovery and design to development and launch.
Problems create space for innovation. First, you must love and understand the problem, not the solution. Generally, there are only four key contributions you need to bring to your team:
- Deep Knowledge of our Customer
- Deep Knowledge of the Data
- Deep Knowledge of our Business and Key Stakeholders
- Deep Knowledge of our Market and Industry
I want you to become an expert on our product, users, and customers.
Share what you learn with the team and become a go-to person for the team and the company if someone wants better to understand our product, customers, and their problems.
Honestly said, I need someone who will nurture a strong collaborative and continuous improvement environment, work really hard with the assigned product team, and finally deliver the best ideas to our customers, which will be well aligned with business goals and constraints and will fit all market and industry needs and requirements.
You could be a great fit if
- you have x years of experience with tech product development (ideally Healthcare SaaS)
- you have excellent knowledge of continuous delivery processes
- you have excellent communication and leadership skills
- you have experience with product discovery techniques
- you have experience with prioritization techniques
- you have knowledge of OKRs and their impact on product management
- you have the desire to be the best
