We’ve built all of our technology in house including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, marketing technology etc. Winona has two compounding pharmacies and a team of in house physicians providing world-class care via a fully vertically integrated business model.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain website using Webflow

• Build custom components and integrations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and functional websites

• Ensure that websites are optimized for performance, accessibility, and search engine optimization

• Test and debug websites across multiple devices and browsers

• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to clients and team members

• Conduct code review and provide feedback

• Keep updated with the lastest Webflow updates and features

Requirements

• Proficient in Webflow

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript

• Strong visual/web design skillset (preferably more front-end oriented)

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

• Knack for benchmarking and optimization
