What are we looking for?

In this opportunity, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to work with one of our foreign clients, who are automating the connection between eCommerce retailers and their suppliers. They work with the shopping carts of retailers such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, and more! They are a small but hard-working team that loves providing a great user experience and that is why they are looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist who can talk with clients, help them resolve their issues, and communicate with stakeholders as necessary to ensure tickets are resolved swiftly and effectively.

If you are independent, a great communicator, a problem solver, and have strong attention to detail, this is a great fit for you! Our jobs are fully remote – as long as you have the skills and can get the work done well, you can work anywhere in the listed countries you want.

Here are some of the exciting day-to-day challenges you will face in this role:

  • Gather information first on what seems to be causing the problem to be able to provide an effective solution.
  • Reading and understanding API documentation.
  • Connecting to an FTP server.
  • Reading CSV (comma-separated) files.
  • You will need to check as to why the connection or data not showing for certain clients.
  • Email and phone support to clients as necessary.

    You will shine if you have:

  • High fluency in English both verbal and written.
  • Technical Support experience at a B2B SaaS.
  • Familiarity with FTP clients like FileZilla
  • Ability to read and understand API documents.
  • Work with Excel and CSV files.
  • Experience with how integration APIs work.
  • ,

    It doesn't hurt if you also have:

  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms.
  • Working knowledge of how e-commerce retailers platforms work like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.
