What you'll do:
Own end-to-end recruiting for PDE roles (product, design, and engineering)Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn and other channelsScreen candidates and coordinate interviewsPartner with hiring managers to define roles, profiles, and hiring prioritiesManage candidates and hiring workflows in Lever (ATS)Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experienceWhat we're looking for:
5+ years of recruiting experience for product, design, and/or engineering rolesProven experience sourcing technical and product-adjacent talentHands-on experience using an ATS; Lever experience is a plusStrong sourcing and candidate outreach skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple roles at onceClear, professional communication skillsDetails:
