What You'll Do:
Technical Strategy & Vision - Shape and drive the technical direction of our frontend platform across multiple teams. Make critical architectural decisions that affect the entire frontend ecosystem, establishing patterns and practices that scale across applications.Design System Architecture - Lead the evolution of our component library and design system architecture. Define standards for reusability, accessibility, and performance that impact all frontend applications.Drive Innovation - Identify and champion transformative frontend initiatives. Lead the adoption of new technologies and approaches that significantly improve developer productivity and application performance across teams.Technical Leadership - Provide technical leadership across teams, mentor senior engineers, and influence organization-wide frontend practices. Be a key technical advisor to product and engineering leadership.What We Need:
Advanced Technical Expertise - Deep mastery of Angular, RxJS, and modern frontend architecture patterns. Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and introducing innovative solutions at scale. Expert-level understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript internals and performance optimization.Enterprise Architecture - Extensive experience designing and implementing large-scale Angular applications serving significant user bases. Deep understanding of micro-frontend architectures, module federation, and scalable state management approaches.UI Architecture Excellence - Expert knowledge of advanced CSS architecture patterns, design systems, and web performance optimization. Strong background in establishing standards for accessibility, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility at an organizational level.Quality & Testing Leadership - Proven ability to establish testing strategies and frameworks that scale across multiple teams. Experience building automated testing infrastructures and implementing effective testing patterns for complex Angular applications.Performance & Optimization - Deep expertise in frontend performance optimization, bundle size management, and application scalability. Experience with advanced debugging and profiling techniques.Technical Strategy - Demonstrated ability to create and execute technical roadmaps that align with business objectives. Experience making architectural decisions that balance immediate needs with long-term technical health.Cross-team Impact - Track record of successfully leading technical initiatives that span multiple teams and applications. Ability to drive consensus on complex technical decisions across engineering organizations.The ability to travel occasionally for onsite Company meetingsPreferred:
