Senior UI Designer

We are now seeking a talented and passionate Senior UI Designer to work on our product and web presence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• User Research: Deeply understand user behaviors, preferences, and pain points. Transform insights into actionable design strategies that enhance the user experience.

• Design Excellence: Craft intuitive, visually compelling, and polished interfaces using Figma and other design tools.

• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, effectively communicate design rationale, and iterate based on feedback.

• Agility: Experiment, adapt, and iterate in a fast-moving startup environment to ensure our AI products are user-centric and ahead of the curve.

Must-Haves:

• Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in Figma is required.

• Experience with No-Code Tools: Hands-on experience with platforms like Webflow, Bubble, and Lottie Files.

• User-Centric Approach: A track record of translating user research into tangible design improvements.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, creative problem-solving, and the impact of your work.

• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and actively listen to feedback.

• Experience: 5+ years in UX/UI design, ideally within innovative or fast-paced environments.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with additional no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier).

• Experience designing for GenAI, B2B products, or tools in the ML/AI/Data space.

• Previous experience in a startup environment, where agility and collaboration are key.
