About the role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Motion Designer to bring ideas to life through captivating animation and design. In this role, you’ll craft visually compelling assets that enhance storytelling and brand identity across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality motion graphics and animations that align with brand guidelines and creative briefs.
Own the entire animation process — from concept to final execution — ensuring timely and polished delivery.
Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to translate creative ideas into engaging motion pieces.
Maintain visual consistency and design excellence across all deliverables.
Support and mentor junior editors, providing guidance and feedback to enhance overall team performance.
Continuously explore new animation techniques, trends, and technologies to elevate the visual output.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or similar role, preferably within a creative agency or studio.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in animation principles (timing, spacing, anticipation), storytelling, and a variety of visual styles.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
Solid understanding of 2D animation, typography, layout, and video editing.
Keen eye for design, brand consistency, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and provide constructive feedback.
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn and adapt to new tools or techniques.
Comfortable working independently and remotely within cross-functional teams.
