OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a full-time Senior Ads Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media strategies across a portfolio of SMB clients to join our fully remote team, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world.
This is a high-impact, strategic role for someone who can take full ownership of campaign performance, think critically about growth opportunities, and consistently drive measurable results. In collaboration with the Account Management Team and cross-functional departments, the Senior Ads Specialist is responsible for delivering scalable, high-performing paid media strategies that contribute to the success of Wishpond Technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the development of paid media strategies across all clients, distributing execution tasks among Google and Meta Ads Specialists. While primarily focused on strategy, this role may support execution when necessary.
• Own campaign performance end-to-end, including budget allocation, targeting, creative direction, and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve results.
• Transition and manage accounts from daily to monthly budget strategies where appropriate, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Identify opportunities for growth, testing new channels, audiences, and campaign approaches to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies.
• Communicate performance updates, insights, and recommendations clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Meet with clients as needed to address questions related to strategy or performance and provide expert guidance.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign performance, reporting, and creative development.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.
• Maintain high standards of execution, ensuring campaigns meet performance expectations and client objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 4–6 years of experience in Paid Media, Digital Advertising, or Performance Marketing, preferably in an agency or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and budgets simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to integrate them into daily workflows.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present performance insights and recommendations.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Given the nature of this role, it is expected that the successful candidate will provide their own workstation, computer, headset, and have a fast and reliable internet connection. This position may be required to download and utilize company software.
• The individual must be prepared to work standard business hours on Eastern Time or Pacific Time.
• Due to the nature of this role, we may verify backgrounds, including conducting employment reference, criminal record and credit checks.
• Once hired, the successful candidate must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address as part of their onboarding process.
