MixRank is a profitable, fully remote data company founded in 2011. We process over 3 petabytes of data every month for customers that include Fortune 500 companies, top-tier VC and PE firms, and early-stage startups.

Why This Role Is Different
Most SDR roles are built around volume. This one is built around quality.
At MixRank, we use our own data to build highly targeted outbound. Most sales tool companies you use today run on top of our data; we just don’t brag about it.
We train reps on playbooks that actually get replies, not generic sequence spam.
We are first movers when it comes to building a foundational cold outbound system. We use alias mailboxes, Wispr Flow, Make.com workflows, Clay tables, Claude code, you name it. We use everything that would give us all the advantages we need to run the best cold outbound.
Our average cold email reply rates are meaningfully above industry norms because we focus on relevance, timing, and strong writing.
You will learn how to:
Get good at outbound: We'll teach you the systems top SDR teams use (not spray-and-pray)
Own a vertical: You'll become the expert in a sector you own
Career growth: Top performers get promoted to AE in 18-24 months (we promote from within)
Remote-first culture: We've been remote since 2011 (not a COVID experiment)
You will also learn how Silicon Valley builds future products and how you can be part of it.
What You’ll Do
Build target account lists using MixRank’s own data
Research high-value prospects and identify strong triggers
Write personalized outbound emails
Run LinkedIn outreach alongside email
Test subject lines, ice-breakers, value propositions, and CTAs
Track pipeline and activity in our CRM
Learn the data buyer landscape and how different teams buy
What We’re Looking For
1-2 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS
Strong email writing skills
Someone who can personalize outreach without sounding robotic
Comfortable building relationships with prospects on LinkedIn
We want self-starters who:
Test messaging variations without being told
Share what's working with the team
Ask questions when stuck (not suffer in silence)
Communicative, sharp, and comfortable learning through feedback
Nice to have:
Sold to US companies before (familiar with cultural nuances)
Experience with data products or developer tools
