What would you do?
  • Review new customer orders in the system platform (Backend).
  • Provide expert knowledge and review Visa applications to make sure we improve the approval chances of all our customers.
  • Attend all meetings as scheduled.
  • Become SME (subject matter expert) in one (1) iVisa processing area, and one (1) iVisa product.
What are we looking for?
  • Be analytical, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer Service
  • Advanced English level
