You should apply if you are/have: Educational-work background
  • Sales skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS and B2B environments
  • Excellent English and Spanish proficiency - written and verbal communication skills
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in retention
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields (business, marketing, customer service)
  • Prior US trucking industry experience is a plus

You will be responsible for:
  • Customer relationship management
    • Maintaining long-lasting relationships
    • Outreaching to customers
    • Monitoring customer’s adoption and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to decrease churn, increase retention rates and improve brand loyalty
  • Troubleshoot problems
    • Coordinate with relevant departments
    • Follow up to find resolutions
    • Address customer issues, complaints and dissatisfaction promptly 
  • Identify at-risk customers
    • Develop retention plans
    • Implement retention strategies
  • Collect and identify customer’s feedback 
    • Provide insights for product owners and marketing team
  • Monitoring the assigned emails (personal and terminations) to address requests in a timely manner
  • Document customer interaction, feedback and resolution in the CRM, and regularly report on retention efforts and outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross sell. Provide information about complementary offers and/or new products
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and service and value proposition
    • Educate customers on value proposition
