Product Manager

Full-time permanent contract: 37,5 hours - Monday to Friday

Location: Fully remote

Salary range: £42k to £62k / year

  • Medical insurance

  • 28 days of holiday + 8 holidays per year

  • Payroll paid twice a month (50% mid-month, 50% end of month)

  • For formalities: UK National Insurance number required to start work

Start date: As soon as possible (we can always try :D but mainly as soon as you are available!)


Main Responsibilities


Working closely with the CEO, the product manager is responsible for planning, implementing and managing the life of the project (mobile app, extension, website), defining product strategy, monetization goals and budget planning.

  1. Define long-term vision and goals, project launch plan.

  2. Identify user needs and use them to inform the functionality of the application, website, extension.

  3. Manage various stakeholders including development, design, marketing and sales teams.

  4. Track project performance and use data to make decisions on improvements.

  5. Communicate effectively with users to gather feedback and ideas.

  6. Collaborate with development teams to ensure that project features (on the mobile app, extensions, site) are developed in a timely and efficient manner.

  7. Ensure budget and schedule management for the project.

  8. Monitor trends and innovations in our field to ensure that the app, site and extensions remain competitive.

  9. Conduct market research as part of the product strategy and use this research to:
    1. Understand consumer needs and expectations, market trends, competition, and the economic environment.

    2. Develop an effective marketing strategy, define product characteristics and target appropriate market segments.

    3. Identify opportunities for new product development and evaluate the potential for product success prior to launch.

We are starting an important page of our history by launching a pole dedicated to the creation of anti-crisis solutions for all consumers, everywhere in the world.

As Google has done with the web for the past 25 years via its search engine, we propose to simply provide users with real anti-crisis solutions accessible to all those who wish to save without depriving themselves.

In a context of recession, inflation and shortages, Tigersun intends to offer a panel of really innovative solutions, which can give back purchasing power to 4 billion people on earth.


🚀 Our team works on complex and high value-added problems:

  • Creation of a new position, so the product will be the first of the product team. The project already includes several software engineers, web developers.
  • Currently recruiting: mobile developer, marketing & communications manager.

👀 Today, our challenges are to prepare the product strategy and launch the project in 30 countries.


Ideal Profile


For this position, we are looking for a methodical person skilled in tech product strategy.

What characterizes you:

Your key skills:

  • You have a good level of French that allows you to communicate orally.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools: to monitor the performance of the site and the application and deduce improvements to be made.
  • Knowledge of project management: to manage project development, budget and schedule.
  • Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry or other relevant industries.
  • Knowledge of the different acquisition channels.
  • You take the time to understand the perspectives and ideas of others.
  • You are able to develop a long term vision: you have a clear vision of the future of the product and the company, where you are going and how to get there.


You have:

  • The heart for finding solutions to improve the functionality of a product/project.
  • A desire to be a driving force in the launch of our new project.
  • The need to work in a team.


Your stack:

  • Project tracking tools: such as Trello, Asana, Jira or Monday, to plan and track team tasks and deadlines.
  • Data tracking tools: to collect and analyze data, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude or Heap, to track their product performance and make informed decisions.
  • Communication tools: such as Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams or Zoom, etc.
  • Wireframe and prototyping tools: to create wireframes and prototypes, such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision or Axure.
  • Competitive analysis tools: such as SimilarWeb, Ahrefs, SEMrush or Google Trends.
  • User feedback tools: to collect user feedback, such as UserTesting, SurveyMonkey, or Qualtrics etc.
