Your Mission
As Product Director, you’ll ensure Crytek’s games are built for the right market, launched effectively, and operated as compelling live services. Collaborating with our game, dvelopment, and technical directors, you’ll drive our brand strategy, align commercial objectives, and ensure an exceptional player experience throughout a game’s lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the Franchise Brand DNA, ensuring all game development aligns with its vision, market position, and emotional player resonance. Lead the commercial product strategy, balancing player value, monetization, and business goals. Oversee live operations, from driving player engagement and retention to optimizing content updates and performance marketing. Foster strategic partnerships with platforms and technology partners to expand Crytek’s reach and innovation. Lead and align cross-functional teams, including community management, brand, analytics, and more, to achieve commercial and creative success. What Success Looks Like

Strong proven experience in product management of live-service games , live-service operations, and brand leadership in gaming.
