What You'll Do:
Support and coordinate interview scheduling in close partnership with the team - ensuring a smooth, timely, and well-run candidate experience across time zones
Support recruiting operations - maintaining ATS data, job postings, candidate pipelines, and overall system quality
Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes - helping ensure a smooth, well-organized experience for new hires and departing team members
Maintain accurate People data and documentation across systems, ensuring consistency, organization, and reliability
Support planning and execution of company offsites and team gatherings
Conduct research and synthesize information to support People Ops and recruiting efforts
Identify gaps, follow through on open items, and ensure work is carried through to completion without things stalling or getting lost
Provide general support across People Ops - jumping in across projects, processes, and day-to-day operations as needed
