We are looking to hire an IT Recruiter to manage our company’s recruitment activities. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for researching, sourcing, initial screening of tech and non-tech candidates according to the ApprovalMax recruiting strategy. Your daily responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Writing and posting job ads at job boards/social media, and other channels, etc.

Sourcing candidates throughout the internet, all possible job boards, social networks, telegram groups, communities, etc.

Doing initial screenings and scheduling technical interviews

Assisting HR Operations in the hiring and onboarding process

Other administrative and growth driven activities
Preferred Qualifications:
- We are looking for a graduate of IT-recruitment courses or already with some work experience in IT recruitment.
- Fluent English is required.
