What is LevelUp Academy?
LevelUp is a full-time, twelve-week course that teaches you the basics of software development, frameworks, and workflows to solve real-life development problems. By the end of the course, you will be capable of working on any assigned task, backend or frontend. You will also learn to ask the right questions, read the documentation, and find answers to technical questions.
The LevelUp program is taught by senior developers with considerable professional and teaching experience. During the program, you will be mentored to gain real-world development experience on a practical sample project like you might encounter in a professional setting.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for aspiring developers with basic programming knowledge who are ready to kick-start their careers. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates in Computer Science or STEM fields, as well as self-taught or bootcamp-trained developers with hands-on coding experience.
The program is fully remote and includes mentorship from an international team. You'll follow a structured, step-by-step app development course using modern technologies like Laravel, PHP, React, MySQL/Postgres, VSCode, Linux, and Docker, while working with tools such as Git, Jira, Slack, and Confluence.
