Responsibilities
- Receiving requests from the sales team and process payments for affiliates and clients, including checks, wire transfers, etc.
- Reviewing applications for errors or inconsistencies in order to ensure that all required information is included
- Reviewing global, regional and individual campaigns run by affiliates and to kickstart budget application process
- Ensure timely processing of payments to affiliates and improve workflow between sales team and affiliates
- Analyze data and create sales reports based on the CRM system
- Design and improve cross department payment workflows
Requirements
- Experienced with Microsoft Excel and other equivalent applications
- English and Chinese (one fluent, one at least conversational)
- Project experience in financial services, fintech, or blockchain deals is preferred
- Project experience in affiliate marketing is preferred
- Experience or high interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency is an advantage
