We are glad to see you here â you are probably looking for an exciting position in the forward-looking project, and we are searching for an experienced and proactive Community Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Write both technical and easy-to-understand content about @Wallet: blog posts, newsletters
- Passionately work with communities to meet reasonable KPIs
- Prepare monthly content plans for social media
- Collect and analyze information, compile feedback for the product team
- Hold contests and other entertainment events for the community
- Communicate with the community and be patient with even the most toxic users
We expect you to have:
- 1+ years of working experience in Community Management and Marketing in Blockchain and Crypto
- Has excellent writing and speaking skills (English â C1 or higher)
- Exceptional communication and marketing skills
- Is skilled in working with the community (and has the ability to collect feedback, communicate and respond to requests correctly, resolve conflict situations)
- Understands work processes within the team and has the ability to independently communicate with other departments within the company
- Critical thinker and well-organized self-starter who is not afraid to take initiative
