🎯 Your mission is to relieve our CEO of the simplest to the most complex projects which require discretion and excellence
While building a machine that work without David (CEO) presence
And turn principles into operating systems
Important note:
The responsibilities are broad by design. That is intentional.
You will not do everything at once.
You will sequence, systemize, delegate, and eliminate.
Your missions will be as varied as those of a CEO/COO
1. Personal Operations (Founder)
Own the founder’s operating system: inbox, calendar, priorities, and follow-through
Manage personal admin (banking, leases, visas, real estate, payments)
Coordinate travel with built-in flexibility, and scheduling interviews for the podcast
Investing & Real estate management
Outcomes
CEO is no longer required for follow-ups, coordination, problem solving
Decisions reach the founder prepared, with options, trade-offs, and recommendations
2. Negotiation, and Finding the best suppliers
Negotiate with: banks, vendors and service providers, real estate and find leverage even when power is asymmetric
Build credible BATNAs (even when not obvious)
Benchmark pricing, terms, timelines, and market standards
Design pressure points: deadlines, penalties, escalation paths
Outcomes
Negotiations conclude faster and on better terms
Power asymmetries are neutralized through preparation and alternatives
CEO intervenes only at signing or final arbitration
3. Complex Project Management Ownership
Own complex projects end-to-end (business and personal)
Coordinate experts (legal, technical, financial) without becoming dependent on them
Understand enough technically to ask the right questions, detect evasive answers, expose weak assumptions

Maintain a clean decision record and commitment log

Own execution cadence (priorities, OKR, follow-through, and progress tracking)

Implement and maintain issue logs, post-mortems, and reflection rituals.

Source, screen, review and interview candidates
Find excellent service providers, suppliers, partners, and employees in the top 10%
